The panels are manufactured on frames of varying size in order to achieve, based on requirement, varying shapes and dimensions by a process where a single galvanized 8.00mm diameter steel rope is first woven diagonally and is crisscrossed alternatively above and below. The overlap nodes are blocked by two rim-pressed steel shells to form a boss and the panel meshes are connected, through suitably pressed aluminium sleeves, to a galvanized 14.00 or 16.00mm diameter steel rope. The types of ropes employed are in galvanized steel and standard-compliant with UNI UNI 7292-74 with individual wire class of 180 N/mm2 e 200 N/mm2. To blend into their enviroment, steel ropes can be painted in various shades of green. |
